Refund & Return Policy

At Regal GM, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at regalinfinity29@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Opened, used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered by Regal GM.

Refunds:
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.

Return Shipping:
If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item from Regal GM, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
