Shipping Policy

Regal GM delivers perfume and fragrance products to the locations available at checkout.

Order Processing:
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking:
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information through the contact information provided with their order.

Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect address.

Delayed or Lost Orders:
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact Regal GM at regalinfinity29@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
